For the longest time, I suffered with IBS and ate gluten-free to keep it at bay. I loved eating gluten-free so much that I created a blog and wrote a Globe & Mail bestselling cookbook.
As I was writing my cookbook my body developed a tumor and while I waited to be seen by a doctor I applied an energetic protocol.
Within, a month of following my energetic protocol the tumor shrank. What was left for the doctor to test, came back as benign.
What I noticed months later, was I was no longer reacting to gluten. So I tested it out and act gluten for 5 days and the IBS that I had suffered with since I was a teen was gone.
By addressing the trauma my body was carrying through an energetic approach, I had also accidentally addressed the energetic root cause of the IBS.
Sometimes past life stuff, energetic contracts, and trauma held in our energy bodies and physical bodies are holding us back from living our lives.
