I’m Carol Lovett and energy healing has transformed my life.

What is remote energy healing?
Remote energy healing is just like an in person session except we are not physically present. On my end, I draw the image of a person and set the intention that this image contains the group’s energy.
I work on it just like if it were an individual. The energy healing goes out to every person in the group.
How often will I receive energy healing?
You will receive energy healing every Monday and Thursday between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm EST time. All you need to do is set the intention to receive energy healing from me, Carol Lovett, and then the energy healing sent your way will be integrated by your higher self.
Each energy healing session will be between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare?
All you need to do is set the intention to receive energy healing from Carol Lovett. It would be best if you do not consume alcohol the night before or during the energy healing session. Alcohol opens up your energy to fallen entities so it’s best to avoid it before doing any energy work.
What will it feel like?
This varies from person to person. Some people literally feel the energy moving around their chakras. You might feel some past memories come up, if they do it’s best to let them flow through you and to not dwell on them.
Bursts of feelings might arise like sadness, anger, jealously, etc, it is best to allow these feelings to flow through you and know a layer of them is being released during this group energy healing session.
Sometimes people experience a little bit of energetic detox symptoms like a headache or some diarrhea. This is your body releasing energy it no longer needs. It helps to drink plenty of water on days that the group energy healing is taking place.
